Please fill out the correct Financial Sheet for your child's age group and remember if you choose a payment plan you will need to bring a voided check to registration for the ACH Debit Payments.

Financial Aid assistance is available to qualified families.  You will still need to register your child, fill out the payment plan forms with your voided check, and pay the $200 registration fee June 13th or June 14th.

You will be notified once we hear back from FACTS and we will contact you via email BEFORE any payments are taken out of your account UNLESS you miss the application deadline.  Anyone who does not complete the application on time, will be subject to the full amount due.  All paperwork should be sent directly to FACTS.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: JUNE 24, 2011

Please note: You will need to enter ROCKFORD RAPTORS under section 2 when it asks what school your child will attend in the fall.  Also, there is a $25 application fee due to FACTS for processing your application.
